Planning a full-day duty
A full-day duty is agreed around a start time, an expected finish time and the places you plan to visit. Share the reporting address, the first stop and the area where the day is likely to end.
Mention planned breaks, such as a lunch or a long meeting, so the driver's day is arranged sensibly. Clear expectations at the start avoid disagreement about timing at the end of the day.
If the day includes a late return, say so in the request, since a late finish needs to be discussed in advance rather than decided on the road.
