How to cancel or reschedule a driver request after submitting trip details.

Drivers On Wheel – Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled reporting time are eligible for a full refund (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reporting time are non-refundable.
  • If the booking is cancelled after the driver has reached the pickup location, the minimum duty charge will apply.
  • If the customer is unavailable or unresponsive for 30 minutes after the driver's arrival, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation charges may apply for outstation bookings, depending on the stage of the booking.
  • If Drivers On Wheel is unable to provide the confirmed service due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or a replacement driver (subject to availability) will be provided.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
