Checking a driver before you travel
Safety starts with information. Before the journey you should know the driver's name and contact details, the time and place of pickup, the route and the price. These details are shared as part of the confirmation process, and if anything is missing you can ask for it before the duty begins.
Drivers On Wheel records identity, licence, address proof, police-verification status, experience and transmission skill on each driver's profile. The verification level can differ between drivers, so ask the team to confirm the current status for the driver assigned to your booking rather than assuming it.
For night or early-morning duty, or when a senior or a child is travelling, say so in your request so that the assignment can take it into account. Keep an emergency contact available and share your live trip with a family member if that helps you feel comfortable.
If you have a safety concern during a trip, call +91 93159 76906 or write to support@driversonwheel.com straight away with your booking reference and the trip details.
