Choosing how long to hire a driver
Hiring a driver can mean a few hours, a full day, a single one-way trip or a regular monthly arrangement. Deciding which one you need first makes the request clearer: hours or a day for a one-off need, a trip for a journey with a fixed start and end, and a monthly arrangement when the same duty repeats every week.
Share the pickup point, the main stops and the place where the duty should end. A plan with many stops or long waiting periods is easier to confirm when it is written out in order, including any time the driver will have to wait for you.
Mention your vehicle model and transmission, and whether you want the driver to handle parking or only the driving. The driver works with your own car, so these details matter more than anything about the driver's own vehicle.
If you expect to need a driver again, say so. A one-off request and a repeat requirement are reviewed differently, and a regular pattern can be turned into a monthly arrangement later.
